Motorcyclist hurt after crashing into parked SUV

SAN DIEGO — A motorcyclist was seriously injured after hitting a parked SUV Wednesday night in Grant Hill.

The crash occurred at 27th and Market streets at 7:47 p.m. when the motorcyclist moved to his right to avoid hitting a car pulling out of a parking lot, according to police.

The 28-year-old male motorcyclist was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

An investigation is underway.
