SAN DIEGO – A teenager was arrested on suspicion of murdering a man outside an Oceanside restaurant, investigators announced Monday.

A fight broke out near the Colima’s Mexican Food restaurant Friday at 9:30 p.m. When San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies arrived they found 22-year-old Felis Raya with stab wounds, according to Lt. John Maryon.  He was taken to a hospital where he died.

On Sunday, detectives from the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a 17-year-old boy in the 4000 block of Lewis Street in Oceanside Sunday.  The teen’s name was not released due to his age.

The teen was booked in a juvenile detention facility and faces murder charges.

A 19-year-old man who also reported being stabbed was hospitalized.  The reason for the fight was unclear.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.  Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
