VH1 reality star Ahmad ‘Real’ Givens dies

LOS ANGELES – Ahmad Givens, also known as Real from the VH1 reality show Real Chance of Love has died of cancer at age 33, according to TMZ.

Reals brother Kamal Givens, also known as Chance, told TMZ that Ahmad Givens has been bedridden since January. He died Friday night, according to TMZ.

Ahmad Givens was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013. He underwent surgery, but the cancer reportedly returned earlier this year.

Real Chance of Love was a dating show starring brothers Real and Chance, both former contestants on VH1s I Love New York. The two also had a rap group called The Stallionares.
