POWAY, Calif. – A sprawling mansion with a sports compound is on the market in Poway for $9.995 million.
The 42-acre property, currently owned by sports agent Jonathoan Weisz, has a Meditrerranean-style main house, guest house, four-stall barn, riding corral, fenced pastureland, pool with a lazy river and showroom-quality garage, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The 13,000 square feet main house has six bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and is designed for indoor and outdoor living. The great room has folding doors, a chef’s kitchen, media room, game room and wine cellar.
The real star of the property on Old Coach Way is the full-sized baseball field, which the owner added to the property in 2007.
The property is in the guard-gated community called the Heritage. Several current and former professional athletes have multi-million dollar homes in the Heritage community. Former San Diego Charger LaDainian Tomlinson recently sold his estate for $3.495.
