SAN DIEGO – A San Diego State University student was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman during a party near the campus last weekend.

The alleged assault at a home in the 5000 block of College Avenue was reported Sunday. The victim identified Sousa as the alleged assailant, according to police.

Sousa was booked into county jail on suspicion of forcible oral copulation and false imprisonment. His bail was set at $100,000.

Thank GOD they’re taking these cases seriously. At he University of Utah, charter suspension and subsequent revocation was handed out for cases after two came to light. Glad SDSU decided these young women matter too.

Don’t worry the ACLU will be on the predators side, and say he had a right to have sex without out the women’s consent.
