SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – Over 30 people were arrested in Santa Cruz during Halloween celebrations, including a man accused of attacking someone dressed as a Fox News reporter, according to police.

Sean Kory, 29, told the victim he “hates Fox News,” grabbed the victim’s microphone and placed it down the front of his pants “rubbing the microphone on his crotch,” according to a police statement.

Kory alleged attacked the unidentified victim with an aluminum tennis racquet.

When the uninjured victim told Santa Cruz police, Kory attempted to run away.  He was eventually taken into custody, police said.
