LaDainian Tomlinson’s Poway mansion sells

POWAY, Calif. – Retired Chargers star LaDainian Tomlinson’s multiple million dollar home in Poway sold, a real estate agent announced Wednesday.

Tomlinson originally listed his Mediterranean style mansion in 2011 for $5.2 million, but couldn’t find the right buyer. It was relisted in July at $3.495 million.

Real estate agent Daniel Beer told Fox5 the buyer purchased the home $3.495 million Wednesday.

The home 10,000 square foot home includes five bedrooms, five half bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. The property occupies 13 acres of land and includes lagoon style swimming pool, basketball court, private theater and putting green.

Tomlinson paid $3.5 million for the home in November 2004.
