AUCKLAND, New Zealand – Robin Williams’ compassion for people was captured in a video he recorded for a young dying mother.

Vivian Waller, a 21-year-old mother from Auckland, New Zealand, has been in and out of hospice for months after being diagnosed with bowel cancer, according to her Facebook page.

After getting diagnosed, Waller created her own bucket list which included meeting Robin Williams.

The actor caught wind of her wish and recorded a video and emailed it to her family a couple months ago.

“Hi Vivian, it’s Robin Williams here, saying: Hey girl, what’s going on there down in New Zealand?” he said in the video. “Sending all my love to you, Jack and Sophie. Mark this off your bucket list.”

Jack wanted to share his wife’s intimate moment to show the world “how awesome a person [Williams] was,” he told the Huffington Post.
