SAN DIEGO – A 2-year-old boy walking in a crosswalk with his mother was hit by a vehicle in Logan Heights Tuesday, fire officials said.
Paramedics arrived to find the boy with some teeth knocked out and road rash, San Diego Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Maurice Luque said. They transported him to Rady Childrens Hospital.
The incident occurred at 3:55 p.m. at 31st Street and National Avenue.
It was unknown if the driver would face charges.
