Suspected immigrants nabbed on beach

SAN DIEGO  — Federal agents arrested four undocumented immigrants early Tuesday near Black’s Beach, where human smugglers had dropped them off after ferrying them into the United States by sea aboard personal watercraft.

Smuggling Bust Black's BeachBorder Patrol personnel spotted the group entering U.S. waters out of Mexico about 11:30 p.m. Monday, agency spokesman Gerardo Gutierrez said.

border patrol arrestsAbout two hours later, a federal Office of Air and Marine helicopter crew watched four men get off the two water scooters in the surf off the 2800 block of Torrey Pines Scenic Drive. Border agents arrived a short time later and took the Mexican nationals into custody on the beach.

The smugglers fled to the south in the ocean aboard the watercraft and evaded capture, Gutierrez said.

      Also be sure to roll out the red carpet for them at the jail. We wouldn't want them to complain because their stay was uncomfortable.

        Don't forget if they hurt themselves getting off the boat that they will need their free health care and if they want to stay and go to college we will pay for that also!
