2 hospitalized after Mountain View shooting

mtn view shootingSAN DIEGO — An investigation was under way Tuesday into a shooting in Mountain View that sent two men the hospital with non-life threatening wounds.

A 57-year-old man was shot in the torso and a 34-year-old man was shot in his left foot while each were standing in front of 4466 Logan Ave. around 9 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego  police Officer Dino Delimitros.

Shots were fired by an unknown number of suspects who fled on foot, he said in a statement.

Both wounded men were expected to survive, Delimitros said.
