DENVER — Four people were stabbed at Sports Authority Field at Mile High after the Broncos game Thursday night, according to Denver police.
The Denver Police Department said in a tweet that one person was in critical condition after a fight broke out just before 10 p.m. near Dick Connor and Federal Boulevard. The condition’s of the three other victims was not immediately known.
“[They] have parties in custody and are not currently looking for any other suspects at this time,” police said.
It was not clear what started the confrontation that led to the stabbing.
The stadium management company released the following statement:
“Stadium Management Company is aware of an incident that occurred in a parking lot adjacent to Sports Authority Field at Mile High. We are currently working with authorities to gather more information.”
This is the second act of violence following a Broncos game. A man died after a fight involving a car break-in outside Aarowhead stadium in Kansas City on December 1.
