SAN DIEGO — The morning commute slowed to a crawl Thursday after police closed  one of the main freeways into downtown San Diego to investigate a possible suicide, causing a cascade of traffic jams around the region.
The California Highway Patrol received reports of a man’s body in the southbound lanes of state Route 163 under the Robinson Street overpass  at about 6 a.m.  The man appeared to have intentionally jumped from the overpass, investigators said.

All lanes of traffic on southbound Route 163 at Robinson, along with the eastbound and westbound Interstate 8 transition ramps to southbound state Route 163, were immediately closed. As of 7:30 a.m., state Route 163 at I-8 was reopened, but all lanes of traffic on southbound state Route 163 at Washington Street remained closed until about 8:15 a.m.

The closures caused a ripple effect on westbound I-8 through Mission Valley. Westbound Highway 94 was also jammed from state Route 125 into downtown.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that
“perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal.
I must say that you’ve done a great job with this. Also, the blog
loads super quick for me on Opera. Outstanding Blog!

This craze of enterprise apps is on for the last couple of years and most business owners are getting the app of
their choice either developed by external resources like app development companies or
in-house by hiring a full-time app developer. With this you can organize all your information in a single place.
In an app with stunning graphics you’ll journey between worlds,
    solve puzzles and fight battles.
