Mega Millions ticket worth $410K sold in Oceanside

mega-millionsOCEANSIDE, Calif. — A ticket with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, in Tuesday’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery was sold at a Albertsons market in Oceanside and is worth $410,115.

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers and the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing will grow to $115 million.

The numbers drawn tonight were 2, 11, 42, 64, 74 and the Mega number was 2. The estimated jackpot was $99 million.

The drawing was the 10th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 258,890,850, according to the Mega Millions website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 14.71.

The Mega Millions game is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
