The newest Rolling Stones issue has social media in a frenzy as the Boston bombing suspect is featured on the cover.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing,  is on the cover of the music magazine set for an August release.

The magazine titles it’s main story as “The Bomber” adding “How a popular, promising, student was failed by his family, fell into radical Islam and became a monster.”

The Rolling Stones Facebook page lit up with heated messages, many followers were in disbelief of the “rock star” representation of the suspected terrorist.

“Very un-American. F–k you Rolling Stone. I thought it was supposed to be an honor to be on your cover?”

“I think it’s wrong to make celebrities out of these people. Why give the guy the cover of Rolling Stone? TIME gave Charles Manson the cover and all the magazines carried pictures of the Columbine shooters on the covers, too. Don’t make martyrs out of these people.”
What do you think of the Rolling Stone cover?

I truly understand that you cannot control what you are born into, but you can control what you become and change bad family behavior from the past.

Failed by his family??? Really? You are what you make of yourself, not your circumstances. I was failed by my mother… Doesn’t mean I made the choice to blow up innocent people. This is a DISGRACE… He should NOT be on the cover of anything except his jail cell. Rolling Stones is doing exactly what he and the creeps he is involved with… Giving them media coverage. Now some other punk is going to see this and say.. Hey, I want to be on the cover too!
    For shame.

Rollingstone should add one more caption on their front page saying ” and how rollingstone exploited the crappy thing on the cover of their mag.”

Guess what, I will NEVER EVER buy another magazine since you insisted on putting this sleazebag on your cover. You have absolutely no morals, ethics and besides your magazine is going downhill anyways. What a mess you people are!

This is a slap in face of those who were victims of this terror and those who risk their lives everyday to protect our homeland…either being on US soil or overseas.

My friends, fellow Americans and I never buy this magazine that encourage and support criminals.

You need to re-locate to a terror supportive country…leave mine!!!

Sickning that this magazine would put this being on the cover of your magazine…. Well I know everything is about money …. So if all Mexicans would boycott Rolling Stones magazine cancel your subscriptions & never buy hem again…. They will have to ile bankruptcy or shut down the magazine & we can show them that is what we think about the monster of a magazine that would even think of putting someone like that on their cover…….BOYCOTT ROLLING STONES!

This makes me furious. This guy is nothing but a killer. I agree…why is he on the cover of Rolling Stones?! I want to tell them something: STOP MAKING THESE PEOPLE FAMOUS. When these people get the attention like this, it makes future killers want to do the same thing and they'll think, "Oh, I can be just like so and so." These people don't deserve the type of treatment like celebrities. Treat them like criminals because that's what they are! Thanks to the media, this guy is getting more attention than the victims. Why do the bad people always get more attention than the good people?? This question is going to remain in my head until the media stops portraying these people like they do.
