SAN DIEGO – A teenager was hit by a sport utility vehicle in Lincoln Park Wednesday afternoon, police said.
San Diego police responded to a 47th Street and Franklin Avenue near Lincoln High School at 3:25 p.m. after a 15-year-old boy was hit by a green Ford Expedition, according to SDPD Det. Gary Hassen.
Paramedics transported a victim to Rady Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and was working with investigators.
Authorities didn’t release the name of the victim.
