Woman assists armed robbers in PB

SAN DIEGO — The two gun-toting thieves who robbed two other men at a Pacific Beach home Wednesday, had a female accomplice, an officer said.

pb crimeThe bandits, who were dressed all in black and had bandanas over their faces, forced their way into the house in the 4200 block of Noyes Street and confronted the victims shortly before 6:30 a.m., according to San Diego police. They stole a laptop and other computer equipment, police said.

After stealing electronics, the robbers fled the area on foot.

The thieves apparently carried out the crime with help from a woman, SDPD Officer Frank Cali said. The woman had met the victims at a 7- Eleven store in the neighborhood a short time earlier, accompanied them back to the home and then left moments before the robbers barged in, according to Cali.
