SAN DIEGO - Geologist Dr. Pat Abbott explains where there's a strong chance of an earthquake in Southern California.

There's a reason we want to discuss the 7.8 magnitude quake in New Zealand last year.  Geologists said the setting and faults where that quake happened are similar to a certain part of Southern California, where there's a strong chance a quake of that scale will strike.
