SAN DIEGO -- Lionel Richie and Mariah Carey, two of the most successful singers of all time, will unite for a joint tour in 2017.

Their 35-show 'All the Hits Tour' kicks off in March and stops at the Viejas Arena on May 8.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, Dec. 17 on the Live Nation website.

Richie got his start with The Commodores and launched his solo career in the early ’80s. He is known for mega-hits such as “Endless Love,” “Lady,” “All Night Long,” “Hello,” and “Say You, Say Me,” amongst many others.

Carey is the best-selling female artist of all time with hits like “Fantasy,” “Hero,” and “We Belong Together.” Her duet with Boyz II Men, “One Sweet Day,” spent a record 16 weeks on the Billboard charts and remains the longest-running No. 1 song in history.
