CORONADO, Calif. -- Harbor Police and San Diego firefighters are working to remove a car that plunged into the San Diego Bay Wednesday morning.
The car busted through a fence and was found upside down in the water near the Loews Coronado Resort.
Police believe the driver was trying to park her car and may have pushed the wrong pedal. The driver was able to get out of the water on her own. She had minor injuries but refused treatment, authorities said.
