Surveillance video shows them wearing hoodies, while rummaging around the shop taking cartons of cigarettes and cash.
Management at the store wants the suspects caught before they strike again.
"It's going to happen to other people, we need to get this done, we've been hit twice this year, within the last six months," said Z Hanna, one of the owners.
One of the suspects is described as a 25-year-old Hispanic man standing 5’9” tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds. He had a goatee and was last seen wearing a gray beanie, gray long sleeve sweatshirt, black pants and black tennis shoes.
The second suspect is described as a 25-year-old African American or Hispanic man, standing 6’ tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap with a white bill, a blue hoodie and black tennis shoes.
The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said the losses totaled about $15,000.
Investigators are hoping someone recognizes the thieves and calls them.
