SAN DIEGO – Campus police warned students Tuesday about a man who exposed his genitals to a student on campus.

A student reported that a young man was sitting about 50 feet from her on a patio outside Storm Hall at about 4:50 p.m. The man stared at her "aggressively," and when he stood to leave, he exposed his genitals, police said. The man then quickly left the area.

The student was unharmed and contacted campus police. She described the flasher as a dark-skinned Indian, 20-25 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build, short dark hair, dark eyes and no facial hair. He was wearing a short sleeved dark blue shirt with white circular designs, gray jeans and had a black backpack.

Anyone with information about the incident or the suspect was asked to call Det. Hogan at 619-594-1783 and refer to case 16-1319.
