SAN DIEGO — A Mira Mesa High School student was struck by a minivan on his way to school this morning.

The teen was hit while crossing Reagan Road near Baron Lane around 7:45 a.m., according to San Diego police and fire officials. He complained of pain and was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries of unknown severity.

San Diego police said the minivan’s driver stopped and remained at the scene after the crash.
