92-year-old works out everyday and inspires others

EL CAJON-- Every weekday morning at 6:30 a.m. Randy Rundle walks through the Crunch Fitness doors. The 92-year-old never misses a workout or the time to socialize.
Rundle's called San Diego home since 1967. The former U.S. Marine lives life to the fullest and enjoys being active. Growing up he played every sport under the sun and at 55-years-old he even picked up skateboarding. He gave back to the community for many years through the Mircale of Miles coin drive, Kiwanis Club, and Home of Guiding hands. He can say proudly say he started his own company, brewed beer before it was cool to do so, and even worked as a real estate agent around town.
Now Rundle says workouts in the gym and card games fulfill his time and  competitive side, which he says will never go away.
The father of four inspires those around him, not just because of his dedication to fitness and health, but because of his positive approach to every single day.
