SAN MARCOS, Calif. — A woman who purchased a winning SuperLotto Plus ticket in December in San Marcos claimed her $7 million prize, state lottery officials said Friday.

Bertilia Devine waited to collect her winnings so she could get her financial affairs in order. The lottery said her plans for the money are still not completely settled.

The ticket bought by the retired accountant at Nordahl Liquor, 740 Nordahl Road, for the Dec. 30 drawing matched 3, 4, 6, 25, 26 and the Mega number 22.

Devine said she also won a $50,000 Fantasy 5 drawing many years ago.
