Ohhh come on, not another fad diet/cleanse or fitness trend! You see, for my entire life I have been struggling with my body weight. In my youth I had been a little chubby, in my twenties things got worse and I gained a lot of weight, than I got pregnant and guess what… I gained a lot of weight again!
