SAN DIEGO – Nearly 1,200 people marched through downtown San Diego Thursday as a part of the “CPR Saves Lives March.”

Heart-attack survivors, elected officials, emergency responders and the Point Loma High School Marching Band walked together to draw attention to the 1,600 deaths that occur every day in the United States due to sudden cardiac arrest, and to encourage more CPR lessons and better access to automated external defibrillators.

The group walked roughly mile-long walk, beginning at Manchester Grand Hyatt, One Market Place, and ended with a rally at Civic Center Plaza, 1100 Third Ave.

    Idiots. Complete and total douchebags.

Stopping traffic does NOT bring positive awareness to your cause.

    It spells pout DOUCHEBAG.

Just try to get any donations from the hundreds of San Diegans you snarled up in traffic.

    Morons…
