I celebrate my heritage through the blessing of my amazing parents, both of whom were born and raised in Mexico and through my many trips south of the border to enjoy the food, people and natural beauty that is Baja.

And let's not forget that famous first fish taco that inspired a business called Rubio’s.

To Mexico, I am forever grateful.
