Bomb squad inspects suspicious device in Pacific Beach

SAN DIEGO — The Metro Arson Strike Team is investigating a “suspicious device” discovered Thursday in Pacific Beach.

The device was found in an alley off Grand Avenue near Kendall Street.

One apartment was evacuated and the alley is closed off.
