SAN DIEGO -- A collision in the City Heights area Thursday left two motorists with minor injuries and a stretch of busy El Cajon Boulevard briefly closed.

Two vehicles crashed on El Cajon Boulevard at 46th Street just before 8:30 a.m., according to San Diego police and the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. One vehicle overturned and an occupant reportedly was trapped inside.
