Flash flood warning issued for parts of San Diego County

SAN DIEGO – The National Weather service issued a flood warning for parts of San Diego County until 10:30 p.m. Thursday

Some locations that will experience flooding include El Cajon, La Mesa, Coronado, Linda Vista, Tierrasanta, downtown San Diego, Mission Valley, Hillcrest, North Park, Midway District, Mission Beach, Point Loma, Santee, Lemon Grove, College East, Kearny Mesa, Lake Murray, Scripps Ranch, Point Loma Heights and Qualcomm.

Rain caused street flooding in the areas of Midway Drive and Enterprise Street, Euclid Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard and Torrance Street and Reynard Way in San Diego, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
