SAN DIEGO — Authorities asked the public to keep an eye out for a potentially disoriented man who disappeared from a Hillcrest medical clinic Monday.

Terry Anderson, 62, apparently wandered away from the facility in the 4100 block of Front Street shortly before 9:30 a.m., according to the San Diego Police Department.

Anderson, who might be confused and unable to communicate coherently, is 5-foot-5-inch, roughly 145-pound white man with white hair, blue eyes and several days’ growth of white facial hair.

When he went missing, he was wearing blue jeans, a red shirt with a white stripe on the sleeve and lettering on the front, and white sneakers without laces.

Any spotting a person matching his description was asked to call SDPD communications at (619) 531-2000.
