SAN DIEGO — A 16-year-old boy was in Juvenile Hall Wednesday accused of firing on passing cars with a BB gun in City Heights, though without hurting anyone, police said.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire near 44th Street and Myrtle Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to San Diego police Officer .
Once there, they found evidence that led them to the boy’s nearby residence, where he was taken into custody, police said.
