I was attacked there on the ramp ny the bridge. A guy tried to rob me and i fought him off. Two cops pulled up beside us and I yelled for help. They would not get out of their car and told me to walk away. The robber (a mexican guy) ran off down the street and the cops dove away doing nothing. Our tax dollars at work with SD finest! The PD is worthless in this town!
