SAN DIEGO – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped to its lowest amount since Feb. 2 Thursday, falling 1.1 cents to $3.969.
The average price has dropped 47 of the past 50 days, falling 32.5 cents over that span, including 1.3 cents on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 4.5 cents less than one week ago, 16.7 cents lower than last month and 26.3 cents below what it was one year ago.
