The article by Debbi Baker has some incorrect information. The body did not "wash up" at Blacks Beach. The guy was laying down in a sand pit below the golf course. He was dressed in a camoflauge like outfit with a head covering and white gloves. We walked by him Monday on our walk at the beach and noticed he was snoring. So he was still alive Monday. Our guess is he was bit by a rattlesnake because there are some living in the slope up to the golf course. The snakes have been known to crawl into these sand pits occasionally. I hope the autopsy will look for snake bites on him, and I hope he is identified by name soon. He didn't look that old- probably no more than 40.

Actually, if this was my former boyfriend, Matt, then he was 38, good guess Sara.
I was hoping to find out the results of the autopsy. If your not directly family, then you miss out on that kind of information.

We still have several unanswered questions about all of this. But I'm so glad you saw him alive and sleeping on Monday. Also, thank you for correcting the facts of the story. It would have made it even more difficult to determine who this person might be.

    thx
